Ramayana Hotel - Makassar

The hotel was in a convenient location, with transportation options readily available such as taxis and becaks. the staff were friendly and provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and modern interior. the hotel also offered complimentary afternoon tea with delicious snacks, adding a nice touch to the stay. it was a great experience with plenty of amenities and attentive staff.

The hotel's fitness center had limited equipment and could be improved to cater to a wider range of fitness needs.

I recently stayed at this hotel for three nights and I must say, I was impressed. The hotel is incredibly clean and well-maintained, which was a definite plus. Free fitness and friendly staff. During my Easter holiday, I decided to stay at this hotel because of the free fitness center and friendly staff. the fitness center had basic equipment but it was enough to get a quick workout in. the staff were attentive and always had a smile on their faces. the location was also great as it was near a convenience store and public transportation.

Poor Wi, Fi and noisy surroundings.

The room was clean and the service was great. The staff were helpful in finding local attractions and provided a decent emergency kit when I fell sick. They even offered free afternoon tea with snacks, which was a pleasant surprise.

The hotel's location was not convenient as it was far from the city center and attractions. The wifi in the room was not good and there was no in-room safe or fridge.
